Advice ServicesRAMFEL provides general and specialist advice services in a range of areas. All our advice services are quality assured, free and confidential. We are registered with the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner to provide advice on asylum and immigration, and we hold quality marks with the Legal Services Commission for advice and casework for refugees, and a specialist quality mark for welfare benefits. We operate through a system of drop-ins, appointments, outreach and home-visits as required. Our main office in Ilford is open Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Our Newham drop-in is only for those affected by destitution. We operate a hot meal facility and information session every Saturday from a local community centre.
