RAMFEL secures Investors In People RAMFEL secures Investors in People. Following on from two audits in three weeks, RAMFEL has also just been successful in securing Investors in People. The assessor remarked on the fact that RAMFEL was a ‘happy’ organization with a ‘genuine sense of team work’. Staff and volunteers are extremely well supported and training a key feature of the organizations success. We aim in three years to be going for the new Silver standard. RAMFEL is also happy to share its experience with any other organizations undergoing Investors in People for the first time. | |
K’s story is that of an appetite for life. Aged 19, he is waiting for his status to be cleared and his passport so that he can get on with his studies, get a job and become autonomous. Within the last 3 years, K learned a new language, passed Adult Numeracy, Entry 1 with a laudable score of 97% and the Assessment And Qualifications Alliance entry 2 in ICT. Today he nurtures plans of becoming a plumber.
