RAMFEL provides bespoke training for non refugee and migrant voluntary organisations and public sector agencies on:
- Equalities and Diversity
- Cultural and social competence in working with asylum seekers
- Cultural and social competence in working with newly arrived migrants
- Developing services for asylum seekers, migrants and refugees
- Working with the refugee and migrant community and voluntary sector
- An introduction to integrating services and the mainstreaming agenda
- Campaigning needs for new communities
We are also available to take on consultancy projects to support agencies researching or working with BAMER communities.

K’s story is that of an appetite for life. Aged 19, he is waiting for his status to be cleared and his passport so that he can get on with his studies, get a job and become autonomous. Within the last 3 years, K learned a new language, passed Adult Numeracy, Entry 1 with a laudable score of 97% and the Assessment And Qualifications Alliance entry 2 in ICT. Today he nurtures plans of becoming a plumber.
